Default Omissions from Topps sets

The custom Musials in another thread got me to thinking about players who for one reason or another were omitted from Topps sets during their careers. I'm thinking of the following:

Stan Musial pre-1958
Maury Wills pre-1967
Tony Horton played from 1964-70; no Topps cards
Rusty Staub 1972-73
Kevin McReynolds pre-1987

Any others come to mind?

I always thought it was strange why Danny Jackson was not included in 1985, 1986 and 1987 Topps. His first Topps appearance was 1987 Topps Traded.

1984-1986 Topps cards of Kevin McReynolds would be great! lol But that's coming from someone with about 500 Big Mac cards...
