Default Tiger Woods - Early (1999) Rushed Auto Opinion

Hey Guys,

I'm wanted to repost this for opinion, as i'm fairly certain I have a poster from the 1999 Pelican Hills Golf Club Tournament that includes Tiger Woods. There isn't another golfer who participated in the tournament that even remotely resembles this signature. It does match up in character to the early career (1996-1999) signature and looks to be a rushed example.

Would love some additional opinions on this piece.

Default Tiger Woods

Hi James,
I would agree that the signature is Tiger Woods, but no comment on authenticity.
Here is an IP Tiger Woods autograph from the 2000 US Open at Pebble Beach that is part of my personal collection for comparison.

Happy holidays!

Thank you Scott. If you look at the early signatures, they are very different than the modern signature. Here are the Exemplars from PSA for Tiger's early signatures....

I think this might be the closest example I have to it...and apologies for thinking out loud in this post.

I believe the autograph to be good, fits the timeframe of when he signed like that.

James,
I have no problem with the autograph and I believe it is genuine. I think it’s highly likely based on the item with other signatures that a TPA would authenticate it, but he is one they kick a lot of. A multi signed piece like that isn’t likely to be forged as much as a single signed piece. Either way, I still believe the signature is good.

Thanks to all for your feedback. This is a poster that was purchased a few years back and I initially overlooked the Woods signature. I am very glad that I held onto it.
