Default Vintage Picture Framed in Livingston NJ St Louis Baseball Player

Vintage picture, Framed in Livingston NJ. Matted Baseball Player measures around 12 x 20 in the frame--guessing framed around the 1950's 60's--hanging in a Antique Mall.-anyone help on the origin or resell value--Thanks!

I'm not sure on the origins, but that sure looks like Arlie Latham to me.

Don’t know if it’s a new frame or not, but there is currently an excellent framing store in Livingston NJ I’ve used a few times for sports pieces.
