Default Does anyone have a more direct number for PSA besides their 1-800 line?

Hey, just curious if one of y'all have a number for contact at PSA that is a little more direct than their 1-800 line? I called that number today around 3pm central, and got a pre-recorded message that they had reached their "call quota" for the day, which I find to be quite ridiculous.

And I now they have delays with most of the lower level services, but I was under the impression that the higher level ones were still moving pretty much on time. I've got a 1948 Leaf Jackie that has been sitting there for a few business days not logged in to their system (other than marked as received), and I'd really love for it to get moving down the line considering what they charge for a card of that value.

Thanks in advance for any help you guys can give. And thanks for listening to my mini rant haha
