Default BOOK WANTED: Old Brooklyn Dodgers History

Fifty or sixty years ago or so, my uncle, Jerry D. Lewis (who used to be sports editor at Look Magazine I think), wrote a book about the Dodgers of the 30's and 40's. I had a copy of it as a boy but it's long gone and now I can't even remember the title, let alone find a copy of it. It's a terrific book as I remember it.

I've done internet searches to no avail. Does anyone have any recollection of it? Any ideas about where I might find it? If anyone has a copy, let me know, please.

Thanks very much.

I went to Grobani's baseball book bibliography, and in the team history section there were listed around a dozen books written about the Dodgers. But none were by a Jerry Lewis. Might be an obscure book, maybe privately printed.

Was it soft or hardcover? As with Barry, I haven't heard of that author, but he could easily have written under another name.

The Dodgers Bibliography book I have does not list Lewis, Jerry in the author index and it is very comprehensive.
