Default Polar Bear Back - Fuzzy Writing?

I have this T206 Griffith with a Polar Bear back. The writing on the back seems quite fuzzy which is unlike all the other Polar Bears I have. Have you seen others like this? Is this card authentic?

100% authentic, looks like it may have had some residue or paper removed/soaked from the back. The front also appears to have this.

From T206Resource.com (underlining is mine):

"Polar Bear backs were issued with one design printed in blue. This back is unique in that it's the only T206 back where the areas not printed produce the advertising text."

Because of this, you're more likely to find text that doesn't appear as sharp on PB backs as it does on other backs.
