Can anyone help me out with any information on this glove? I've had it for as long as I can remember.

Thanks!

looks like a 1940's softball glove.
Nice for display.

Default Vintage Glove Reply to Thread

looking at the style could be softball, but Nokona is still a good brand and they made quality gloves.

age is correct from above

It is definitely a softball glove from the 1940's - the model number (SB1) gives it away. I have the identical glove (except mine fits the opposite hand) hanging in my oldest son's room - Nokona made great stuff!

Thanks for all the great info! I myself was leaning towards a softball glove but I wasn't sure of the time period. Could anyone place a value on this glove? Is there even a market? Keep the responses comin'. Thanks again!

Not much value on these gloves - they are best for decoration or playing catch in the back yard. Maybe $10 to $20 on a good day.
