Yes. Most assuredly, that $250,000 card is fake.

That last one has all the characteristics of a genuine card. If it’s a fake it’s a good one.

As others have mentioned, a fake. Even if not familiar with how a real card should look, a telltale sign that a card is fake is the dark squiggle lines. Some call those lines "crackle," and you're right, they are a dead giveaway.

I figured it made sense to post a real one for comparison, and then I started wondering if people would call it real or fake. There were few responses, but they were all correct
