Default Trimmed T205?

any opinions on this? Being sold as unaltered, borders look short to me.

It does look too small for a piedmont. The seller has a bad past also...

Looks short to me - nice enough card to be worth more on sell graded - makes you go hummmm.

To bad that's one I need.

For what it's worth, IMO the blue background not only looks indistinct where it edges the gold, but it gives the appearance of the blue overlaying the gold edges rather than the card resting on a blue background.

No matter how flat the card is, scanners are very sensitive and there should be even some small iota of depth, a slight shadow cast by the card on the background, on at least one dimension.

In this case, IMO, it looks as though photoshop was used to clean up the using the blue to do it, thereby giving the card a smaller appearance. It may not be trimmed. It just appears as such because of an extra pixel line of blue here and there to cleanly frame the card.

Photoshoped images is the allegation in the link I provided about the seller.

Either way...it is deceptive...looks photoshopped to me which would make me not trust the picture or the card...or it is trimmed...either way, deceptive practice.

I missed that link! After reviewing the photo-shopped example in that link, without question the image was altered as well as the contrast and sharpness markedly diminished.

Well it was very perceptive of you to pick up on that without seeing the prior proof. Nice eye and deductive reasoning.

Decided to add a post with the seller's name so that this thread can be found with a search.

Battlefield0516

Along with a screen shot of the auction.

They heavily photoshop every card they sell. I sent two cards back that they did that to me on and then just blocked them from my search after that. Its amazing every card they have looks NM+ usually... hmmmm
