I had to go with 2. Both are 1989 Fleer Bill Ripken cards. The one with the saw cut is a insanely rare circle scribble variation. The other is a white scribble variation that is just very rare. I had the WS version in a saw cut but it took me a few years to find one without a saw cut at a reasonable price.
