1949 Lummis Peanut Butter variation!!!!
Hi Guys:
If the 1949 Lummis cards are not hard enough to find as it is, I recently obtained one with a different back! All of the few I have seen over the years have the first back below with Peanut Butter jars in both bottom corners. But today's mail brought the "Schoolboy" Rowe card with the second back with NO Peanut Butter jars!!! The wording is the same except the following line that was added at the bottom of the new version. Dated May 5, 1949 Offer for Limited Time Only The font size is different on all words except HEY KIDS! Anyone else have a Lummis with the no jars on the back? Fred
