Autograph identification please

Hello everyone, newbie over here, grateful to be part of this community.
I collect lots of memorabilia, recently I purchased a special baseball ball released as promotional Item for the movie based on the life of jackie robinson, with that ball i was given as gift another baseball ball from the Braves with an autograph i cant identify, the previous owner got it as gift from someone else, some pictures are not too good but im hopping i can find some information over here. In advance, thanks.

Stab in the dark because the first part of the sig is pretty light, but to me it looks like a version of Willie Smith's auto. He did that type of S for awhile.

Thank you, I updated a picture were a better signature can be seen.
I checked and willie smith never played second base, my impression on the picture of the ball is thst second base is highlighted but i could be wrong.

I found a couple of pictures on ebay, it might be willie smith, its a but different on the last name but very close.
