Default Football Stars with other sports cards

In reading the book The Passing Game about Benny Friedman, the author talks about Tony Plansky who came to the Giants in 1928 and had been a national decathlon champion at Georgetown. Plansky played both pro football and pro baseball and later was track coach at Williams - and the track is now named in his honor. Then I came across the card below - which led me to wonder if there were other NFL players who had cards from another sport -

I don't have any to show but I know Jim Thorpe has other sports cards. Modern times there is:

D. Sanders
Bo Jackson

Just to name a few.

I believe John Elway played a year of pro baseball, back around 1982 I believe. It may have been minor. Either way, there's another for the list.

Ernie Nevers is on some Zeenuts

Ken Stong is on a La Presse piece from the late 1920's - It is color but not sure they are cataloged.

Cal Hubbard has a card in the 1955 Bowman Baseball set where he is an umpire.

Bud Grant and Warren Moon both have cards from their player days at the CFL...still football, but different
