Default My first 15!

Just became registered with PSA and here are my first 15 cards to be graded. Here's the list:

1933 Goudey Mickey Cochrane; 1938 Goudey Heads Up Marvin Owen
1950 Bowman Jackie Robinson; 1952 Topps Johnny Pesky Black Back
1952 Topps Jack Jensen Red Back; 1952 Topps Bill Wight Red Back
1955 Topps Hal Newhouser; 1960 Topps Willie McCovey
1975 Topps Robin Yount
2005 Topps 206 Baseball buyback Cy Barger 1910 T-206 Cleveland with Piedmont Back
2008 Topps Baseball buyback Edward Ainsmith 1912 T-207 with Recruit Little Cigars Back

Hey, living in Toronto I have to throw some pucks into the mix

1961-62 York Yellow Backs Red Kelly; 1962-63 Parkhurst Marcel Pronovost
1962-63 Parkhurst Phil Goyette; 1962-63 Parkhurst Jean Beliveau

Really excited about the McCovey RC and the Beliveau, look better than my PSA 8's!
For pictures of the buybacks, check out the other thread I posted tonight.

Love that 50 Bowman Robinson. The 50 Bowmans are an underated set in my opinion.

The Newhouser is in fantastic condition and I think 1955 Topps has some of the most visual appealing cards ever produced (one day I plan on owning a high grade Clemente). I'll keep you guys posted on how my submissions grade out. I would be shocked if the McCovey didn't come back at least a PSA 8.

The Jackie Robinson is actually the only card my wife has ever purchased. She bought it in Cooperstown in 2005 on our honeymoon. Her collection only consists of three items: The 1950 Bowman Jackie Robinson, A PSA graded mint Jackie Robinson autographed index card and a PSA graded George Sisler autographed index card!

She has a good eye!! I am guessing a PSA 2 on the 1950 Robinson...

For what she paid for it, I would be happy with that grade. Thanks.

Default Psa

PSA can be unpredictable. I've learned to make that part of the fun. In the past, I used to try and guess what the grades would be, and was often disappointed. Now I'm more laid-back about it, and it helps. Let us know what the final grades are, once you get them!
