Doesn't look like Norfolk to me.
Here's a couple of Jack Mcvey. Probably neither, but looks closer to a later career McVey. Kevin Smith might be the guy to ask if you can get ahold of him. Maybe through Cyberboxing. I think his caramel kings site has been shut down. Tom Scharf also did a book on Baltimore boxers from this time period. |
