Default Comic Postcards by S Bergman: PC798-5 & PC798-61: Artist?

Hello,

I recently stumbled upon some comic postcards for sale online, identified by OldCardboard as PC798-5 and PC798-61. The cards were published by S. Bergman in c.1913 and identified as series 8811 and 8812.

The humor and drawing style are quite different from other baseball postcards. There appear to be 12 cards in each set, with both sets sharing the same players.

Does anyone have any information about these cards, for example the name of the artist, or other works by that artist? The players are all wearing "pillbox" style baseball caps - what is the significance of that, if anything? What about the uniform styles / colors?

Any information appreciated!

Thank you!
