Default CLCT Stock

Anyone know why CLCT hasn’t moved the past few days? Related to the buyout?

Doesn't a stock go basically flat when it's taken private ?
I believe it will no longer be listed soon, but i could be wrong.

Makes sense. Just wondering what happens to the existing balance that was in my account prior to going dormant!

I’m assuming they will just credit my account with the buyout price per share. Just hasn’t happened yet.

It is my understanding that the original buyout price was $75. A large shareholder said that wasn't enough. They valued the stock at $92. The buyer said, OK I will pay $92 then. That was the last I heard of the situation. Maybe you know more than I do?

I heard $92, as well. Hopefully, there’s resolution soon! I reached out to the broker for details. More to come soon, I guess!
