Thanks for the feedback and references. The seller was on Craigslist, so not a person who I know personally or inherently trust. After brief correspondence and requesting more pictures of the card/slab and the slab's patent number, I haven't heard back from the seller. If I end up picking it up, I'll send an update. If the price is too good to be true, pass. Why would you buy that card from an unknown seller on Craiglist anyhow?

I would pass anyway as it's overgraded and it might even be small, Beckett probably has a worse record of slabbing trimmed examples of that card than PSA. It looks to me like maybe there is more border side to side than top to bottom?

Did you see the recent news about the fake BGS slabs on the #57 and one of the major sellers/AH's?

I think the fact that it is on Craigslist is a huge red flag. at least for me.
if you have a big money card, how do you make so little effort not to find your way to Ebay, Facebook, or Net54?
