Default Whats you favorite card of the set(s) you are collecting

Alot of talk about different cards latley. What is you favorite card of the set or sets you are building and post a pic if you can.

Since I build the T205. I have to say I am partial to Phelps. Don't know why?

Default Another "Chief"

He holds one of the longer standing MLB single season records.

Default Favorite card from my D322 set!

I love this card, it took me almost 17 years to obtain the Mascot! I found that it was the hardest card to locate and obtain, of all 25 cards in the set. Hope you Tip Top Fans, like it!!!!

Default Amen to that

Well put, Barry and Barry.

They don't make parks like they used to, and the game has changed enough that his triples record, Chesbro's 41 games and Lajoie's .426 may never be equalled.

I don't see Cy Young's 511 being overtaken anytime soon, either.

Default T205 Ed Phelps

Andrew,

Cool cards!

But, they sure look like Matt Holliday of the current Cardinals.

I have to agree. They kinda do don't they. That is neat. Are there any others that are from the pre-war era that look like new guys? Sounds like another neat thread.
