Default Help Identifying Issue

This card looks like a 1922 American Caramel, but has a blank back and appears hand cut. It is approx the size of a 1922 Amer. Caramel. I've owned it for 25 years, so it's not a recent reprint. What is it? Is it gradeable?

Looks like a poorly cut W573 to me. It is certainly slabbable, I am not sure whether it would get a number grade or a AUT.

They came in 10 card vertical strips.
