I am having a conference with code writers Tuesday am so your comments and any others I receive by then will be discussed

That did not work.

When I would go to that same exact link you just described, the menu would just show all of the closed lots that I had a place holder bid on (40+lots).

The lots I won were probably in there, but why should I scroll through 40 lots I did not win, find my winning, and manually calculate what I owe ?

That info should be at my fingertips, clearly presented in a dashboard.

It did not show the lots that I won.

Good luck fixing the bugs.

Thanks for your input
Having bid totals is certainly on our priority list for my Tuesday meeting

I just updated my business site and hired very capable designers and programmers. It's not an easy or cheap task. I am on phase three of updates after go live and still have work to improve the UX. I'm potentially more forgiving and know that user feedback is productive so I'm sure they'd appreciate your experience as users. It looks like they pulled the trigger early and might not have had enough user testing. But, it's clean and not junked up. I can access and navigate it on my phone, mac and pc with no speed issues. I don't care for new shiny cards so I'm limiting my experience to navigation.

Two suggestions:

1. Add the ability to search by era or year.

2. Improved "zoom-in" function, including much higher-resolution view and the ability to download the images.

On the plus side, I love the very quick emails assuring the bidder they have won a lot. I got that email shortly after my first winning lot closed, and then, after a more lengthy battle, when I won my second lot I also received a confirmation email minutes later. And the invoice was promptly generated the next morning.

I find the new webside easy to bid with.

Won two items and appreciate the quick emails. Site could be a bit more user friendly thats’s for sure.

Stupidly bought a mis-labeled card. Should have did more research before spending my $ so I’ll have to eat that.

Definitely do not like the “watch” page does not separate what is watched vs what is bid.
Do not like that you cannot tell what you are winning or losing at a glance on the first page.
Also do not like that it does not have a running total of what is winning and what is winning with the Buyers premium

Ken, thanks for fielding suggestions here.

With such large auctions (2000+ lots), is there a way to set the pages to have 200-250 lots per page? with 96 lots per page, the current auction is 34 pages long.

Also, as Ryan H mentioned, after bidding on an item, when you hit the back button, instead of landing you at the exact same spot on the previous page, it takes you back up to the top.

Thanks, be well,
Mike
