Default Wagner Cabinet

Honus Wagner and his brother Butts(who played one year of league ball). From Honus estate. Penciled in year 1907 on reverse. Have not seen a large amt of cabinets of Honus. Interested in seeing any others.

I don't have a Wags cabinet since I sold a T5 of him but that is very cool. Thanks for sharing.

Default Butts what?

It looks like the photographer probably had to keep on saying "Hey, Hans off your Butts!"

And of course, cool cabinet. And it looks like Butts got the looks, but look who got into the HOF.

I don't own anything like this, but every time someone here posts one I am stunned by how cool they are. Very nice piece.

With Butts listed as 5'10", and Honus listed as 5'11", that raises some suspicion as to whether the guy on the right in joeadcocks's cabinet is Butts. The side by side below indicates that for sure he is not Butts (below left is Butts in 1895 with the Warren club). The ear makes it easy.

Ha ha Barry

Well now I guess we have put that behind us

As always, thanks Mark.

Wonder if its a ballplayer standing next to Honus. I believe Honus had another brother or more.

I agree. I'd like to see the DNA results from those two.

Absolutely! Butts ears and Honus ears. Those two are brothers.
