As far as if it is a replica piece, I would need it in hand, I can say the image comes from this 1913 team photo. There is a seller on eBay that has several of the trimmed photos, which gives me pause as this should not be a common piece. It’s odd as your example matches the issues this has exactly, which could mean it was copied from it, cut from it or possibly this was not real as well. Lots of possibilities. This is out of my specialties, so I can only help with ID.

Thanks very much. It is definitely "old". Where did you get that image? It appears that my "card" was cut from that very sheet (the irregular top border seems identical).

Found the Ebay items as well - they are all cut from that same team composite.
Appreciate the information. A shame that they cut it up... |

It was used in a Birmingham Barons fan site with no additional information. I looked for any other information on the net for that piece and could find nothing at the time.

My guess is that it was some kind of tear out page from a program, but that’s just a guess
