So he is being upfront and saying “buy at your own risk” and he is saying he is keeping 50% of your money if you return cards. So he is clearly warning people what he is doing and how But it is up to the buyers to be aware because he is being upfront about his Terms and conditions It sucks and he sucks but he is telling you sucks and telling you if you want to buy from him It’s on the buyer. He is being an honest thief.

He says he sources from reputable dealers and sellers. This implies that they are real. He says there may be differing opinions on authenticity simply because the cards are raw. There are posters on this very thread who can't tell whether the cards are real or not, even with the description he gives that you believe makes clear that they are fake.

I read it that he sells items, most not graded, he is saying no one can agree on the opinions of the cards and he cannot guarentee they are authentic. All of that says to me he is selling everything as is and thus leaves it up to the buyer to guess. He also says he is charging a 50% Restocking fee, Which means to me it is buyer beware because I am keeping half your money. Him saying his suppliers are reputable means nothing. Because he does not say what his sourcing is or what makes them reputable or what the standard is So each person can read it the way they read it.
