Default For Sale: Rare Cuban 1945-46 Caramelo Deportivo Album (99/100 cards)

Item:

I have a 1945-46 Caramelo Deportivo album with 99/100 cards + 1 46-47 card. It contains the HOF cards of Ray Dandridge, Orestes 'Minnie' Minoso, Raymond Brown, and Martin Dihigo.

It is missing the short print of Napoleon Reyes #73. But, the original owner glued a 1946-47 Caramelo Deportivo Reyes in its place.

The cards are glued into the album. But, I've been told by multiple Cuban collectors that they should soak out.

The cards recently came out of a collection in Canada. I'm in Maine.

----------

Me + Shipping + Payment:

I've never made a deal on Net54 before. But, I did recently help a poster find some rare T209s that he was looking for for years. I'm sure they would vouch for me if you want.

Here's my ebay account with ~100 feedback. It's been years since I've sold anything there, but if you message me I on there I will confirm it's me.

I'm happy to ship however you'd like. I'll send you video of myself packing the album, do signature on delivery, USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc. I'd suggest getting insurance too. We can discuss all of that if you're interested.

I'd also be willing to deliver in person anywhere in New England, or probably New York.

I am no scammer. I will accept paypal goods and services, and send you an official invoice to your email.

----------

Opening ask: $5,500 + shipping

That other thread popped up, and they're asking $5,900 for their set. I'd say that the condition of my cards is SIGNIFICANTLY better.

The last PSA 1 sales of the big four cards combined for about 5k. Then, you will get the album worth about $250, and the remaining 96 cards.

Send me a message on net54 if you're interested. (Or, to tell me that you messaged my eBay account. I check net54 more often.)

-----------

* Notable card info and photos will be posted in subsequent posts. Click thumbnail for full resolution link.

Photos:

Here are photos of every page in the album, and the big four cards. I took one picture with flash, one without flash, of each page with cards. There's still overhead light glare in some photos, not necessarily damage. I'll take more photos if you'd like.

The first 20 image links are with flash.

The last eight pictures are the big four cards, and should be ordered as 'flash' then 'no flash'.

Bumping this thread for visibility, because another user posted their set for sale too.
