Hello all,
I have never been over to the memorabilia side of the board before, but I am looking for something I hope you all can help me out with.
I am looking for a Carl Lundgren autograph. I just bought his book and would like to make a little display with a cut auto and a T206 Cubs card.
Let me know if anyone has one around and as always thanks for the help,
Bob

Good luck on that one. Most pre-1960 baseball deaths are very difficult to procure. It gets exponentially more difficult with each decade that you go back. I have never owned a Lundgren, and have only seen two.

Tim and Jodi,
Thanks for the replies. I don't have the book in hand yet, but it is called "How to be an Athlete". It is said to be written when he was the the baseball coach at UI in 1923. I have had a few questions about this and will post some scans and details when it gets here.
Thanks for the info Jodi,
Bob

I have never heard of the book, but I know he was a top notch coach at the University of Michigan. I have a large etched negative photo of him from 1916 as the Baseball coach and there was a photo on ebay with both him and Fielding Yost the Football coach the other day but it was a bit small for the opening bid.

Thanks,

No problem. I just wish it would be easier for you to acquire a signature, but will readily admit that I'd be bidding against you if we ever saw one up for bids!
