1908 Gettysburg Football RPPC
Fantastic historical RPPC. Written by Mervin Smith of Gettysburg college team to his father. On the front of the PC is Mervin Smith and teammate Edgar Snyder. Postmarked Dec. 12, 1908 Mervin is writing his father about his return home for the holidays.
These guys played against Thorpe at Carlisle in both 1909 and 1910 and there are box scores available to support that. $75 obo
