100) AL SIMMONS AUTOGRAPHED 1946 PHILADELPHIA ATHLETICS ALBUM BOOK PAGE WITH 18 SIGNATURES Page measures 4x6 signed in pencil by all including Simmons who was then a coach for the Athletics after an illustrious Hall of Fame career that included winning batting titles in 1930-31 while a member of the 1929-31 "Dynasty" Athletics. He was also a member of the first All Star team in 1933. He was inducted into the Baseball Hall of Fame in 1953 , he died in 1956. The Coleman signature is close to that of Howard but since its pencil it could likely be easily removed and the Elston Howard autograph displayed seperately. 111) STEVE SUNDRA Pencil signature from a St Louis Browns scorecard measures 1 1/2 x 4 and is attached to a 3x5 index card. Bold pencil signature. Extremely RARE former Yankees autograph , played for the 1936, 1938-1940 Yankees and 1941-44 & 46 Browns and Senators , Unable to sign for several years prior to his death in 1952 he is considered to be most likely the toughest autograph of all members of the World Champion 1939 Yankees team. $175.00
112) HUGH CASEY Bold fountain pen signature signed portion of an album page , measures 1 1/2 x 2 3/4. Attached to a larger 4x6 page. The signature of Hank Behrman is also attached to the page but the autograph of Casey could easily be displayed seperately. One of baseball's FIRST great bull pen "closers" played for 1935 Cubs, 1939-42 & 1946-1948 Brooklyn Dodgers , 1949 Pirates & Yankees. RARE autograph he was only 37 years old when he committed suicide at the Atlantan Hotel in Atlanta Georgia while on the phone with his estranged wife in 1951. $250.00
113) BILLY SOUTHWORTH Page signed in pencil measures 3x4 and attached to a larger 4x6 page. Was removed from a circa 1947 autograph book in which all of the signatures were obtained in-person. Successful career as a player but best remembered for his accomplishments as manager leading his teams to four pennants and the St. Louis Cardinals to TWO World championships. he was inducted into the baseball Hall of Fame in 2008 over three decades after his death in 1969. $150.00

Unique distinction of playing major league baseball from 1916-1924 most notably for the World Champion 1919 Reds. Later was inducted into both the College & Pro Football Hall of Fame. Unique in that Rex Weyant was Yankees road secretary 1935-1945 but his SISTER is unique in Yankee lore as the heir of Yankees owner Jacob Ruppert's fortune. $100.00
