Default FS 1956 Topps Complete PSA 7/8 Set

Unfortunately I am having to sell my baby due to circumstances. I am selling a complete base set of 340 cards plus the 2 hard to find checklists. All in a 7 or better. I’ll have to count, but I’m guessing 60 PSA 8’s including the Yankees team card. The HOF players are all PSA 7’s. Pics and list available on PSA registry. #55 BreakingMania
I got a few estimates from auction houses and they are thinking after auction fees I’ll be at 40k. Seems low considering how much I paid for some of these commons, but I am willing to not risk it via auction. Selling for 40k.FIRM Can meet in person for the deal. Please no low ball offers. Not splitting up at this time.
Thanks.
