HELP NEEDED on 1966 Topps Ruboff Panel

Just got back a 4-panel of the 66 Topps Ruboffs series. Santo is only star on the sheet. Definitely a POP 1. Any suggestions for placing a value on this? I'm open to offers but have no idea where to start.
