Default Attention Federal League Collectors

Whilst there are only a select number of hobbyists who focus their
efforts on the Federal League (1913-1915) those who do will certainly
enjoy Robert Peyton Wiggins new book (MacFarland and Co -publishers),
The Federal League of Base Ball Clubs

The book provides an array of fascinating new insights into the teams, players
and owners. There are also a number of Library of Congress and Hall of Fame
photographs that we have not seen in any prior articles or books on The Federal
League.

Great reading, indeed!

Bruce,

Thanks for the heads up. This looks very interesting. I just checked Amazon, but they don't have it in stock at the moment. I wanted to add it to my Christmas list!

Thanks Bruce, sounds quite interesting. The correct spelling of the publisher is McFarland. Here is the link to the book: http://www.mcfarlandpub.com/book-2.php?id=978-0-7864-3835-8

SABR published an excellent Federal League book by Mark Okkonen about 20 years ago (1989 to be exact) called "The Federal League of 1914-15" it is well worth seeking out.
