Jeff, just to note - you sent the wire 10 days ago, but it has not yet been ten
business days, which is the shipping time they provide. So they are still within their terms.
As far as not shipping out immediately even if it is a wire payment, I would say that Heritage is a very large auction house and their systems might not allow that level of individualized service.
