In that case, it would be whoever got #117, because they would also have #317, 517, 717 and
917. Every $20 entry gets you 5 numbers. You get your base number ranging from 1 through 200, and then add 200 each time to get your 4 other numbers.
200 was selected as the cap for entries because it's a nice round number and divides into 1000 easily, simplifying the math. And because Graig said the he could do a nice painting of that size for that price
