This is an IP from the era Chuck refers to. Back then, I was quite disheartened that the card was an O-Pee-Chee. Fast forward over 30 years, and I'm grateful it is! Good luck finding another one. This one was free, thanks to his appearance at a Big Brothers benefit. The last name is sloppy: Stick signed the card as he held it in his hand while standing up.
