I've printed one and just dropped a card in the mail box with the new label.
We'll see how well tracking works. It didn't have the classic big bar codes like I'm used to seeing. It doesn't have to be a PWE, but the requirements rule out most everything else. <3 oz, < 1/4" thick, uniform thickness, not completely rigid, a couple more I wouldn't be surprised if those paperboard mail jackets approach 3 oz pretty quickly
