I have moved on everyone. My late Mom taught me like isn’t always fair. I went to bed with the set lot closed and my account stating I won the lot. I had no idea my “win” was in jeopardy and went to sleep. I couldn’t have bid higher if I wanted to and I would certainly have bid somewhat higher if I knew my bid was in trouble — that’s why I waited the full 30 minutes until after I topped the high bid on the set lot in extended bidding, the set lot closed and my account stated I won the lot. A learning experience for all and I’m sure Heritage will do better. Overall, Heritage does a good job and the best of us make mistakes. I’ve had my share of good breaks in life and feel blessed. Thanks again for a terrific board with awesome debate and thoughtful posts.
