We all of familiar with famous retired uniform numbers:
(I'm adding first 'thought' players as they are mentioned) Jeff Leonard= 00 Ozzie Smith= #1 Jeter= #2 Ruth= #3 (corrected...what a moron...my editor was asleep) Gehrig= #4 DiMaggio= #5 Musial= #6 Mantle= #7 Yogi= #8 Ted= #9 Chipper= #10 Banks= #14 Dick Allen= 15 Gwynn= #19 Schmidt= #20 Clemente= #21 Palmer=22 Mattingly=23 Mays= #24 Boggs=26 (yours truly is 2nd) lol Marichal=27 Maddux=31 Koufax= #32 Seaver= #41 Jackie = #42 Aaron= #44 Glavine=47 Randy Johnson=51 Drysdale=53 Fisk #72 etc. But, who is the second player that comes to mind with each number? You can include numbers not retired too (Trout #27 etc.)
