Yes, that was confusing. Still, that piece was definitely issued decades after Dugan's career ended. Everything should be shipped properly and securely, but at least this item wasn't a huge loss from a financial perspective (and no loss to you, as eBay will side with you if the seller doesn't want to do the right thing themselves). I don't like to see the destruction of anything, regardless of value.

We shouldn't have to do this, but anytime you suspect a seller of using an ESUS or if you see a very small S&H fee on a lower priced item, maybe it's best to inquire how securely they plan on shipping the piece. If the shipping cost is an absolute pittance, especially when it comes to a low value item, it makes me suspicious that they're not going to ship it properly. On the other hand, when I see free shipping on a pricier piece, I don't feel the need to be as leery. It's strange how that works, but everyone here likely understands.
