Good point Todd. Thurman passed on 8/2/1979 so there wasnt a large window of time to get the signature on the card before his passing.
A 1974-90 Topps Baseball Complete Signed Set Run sold a few months back for $80K and that collection included 4 different signed Munsons including a 1979 version. Almost $18K for this card has to be a record setter
