If they're that far backed up, maybe just this once they could consider having only three graders look at each card instead of the advertised four. That should help move things along.

They have 7 orders of mine that were recieved on 8/14-8/29
3 were recieved on 8/14 two of those were 15 business day orders and one was a 45 business day. Well the 45 business day order poped on the 8/22. The other 15 day orders still to this day have not popped which puts them on 17 business days. The other orders dont matter to even give details. Its just odd the way they work over there.

what was the 45 days and what was the 15? maybe they got plenty of graders for the cheap $5 stuff but not enough higher-tiered graders for the more expensive postwar/prewar subs.

my order pooped today, got the grade i wanted and a grading voucher...good job psa nice doing business with u!

Default I called PSA Customer Service.....

Well, I did what I said I wouldn't do, I called PSA Customer Service. After all, this was day 18 on a 5 day submission. I spoke with Laura and she was very friendly. She told me how backed up they were and the fact that i sent my Cobb card in for a review meant it was going to take even longer due to the fact that the senior graders needed to examine it longer. She asked me if she could call me back after she went and checked on the order. She said it would be about 20 minutes. Well 2 hours later she did call back and said they would try and have the order ready tomorrow (9-11). She also said I would receive a free grading voucher and I even talked her in to throwing in one of those new PSA/DNA briefcase looking things. Laura was nice and said that she was sorry for the long delay and said I had waited long enough for my order and that any excuse she would have given me wouldn't have been good enough. Oh well, we'll see what happens tomorrow.

It's the total inconsistency coming out of PSA lately.I submitted a 1963 last card in set Johnny Temple last month.Got it back as an 8 which was correct but also got a qualifier of stain (on front).I broke out card carefully, removed stain with silk stocking .Resubmitted that card minus the stain and the results came back yesterday :no stain but now downgraded to a 6.5!!!Are you kiddin' me ?No,I did not damage the corners in breaking the case. It's just mindboggling. Was my grader in a rush? And just how do you get a 10 on any card from PSA these days?I also submitted 4 1974 bb vending cards and they were absolutely perfect.Same grader gave each a 9.
