When they don't meet the turnaround time, they are supposed to send you a voucher for each card submitted. I would call customer service and you'll probably get some free grades at least.

Paying $35 per card for a 5 business day service and having it go 20+ days is unacceptable and some form of compensation should happen.

Robert, I agree 100%
and as stated earlier in this thread, they should hold off on their monthly specials till they are caught up. These constant delays cannot be good for business in the long run.
