Brace made real photo postcards over a long period, often reusing the same images, so you can't pinpoint a year. But theoretically it could be a few years older but probably not many.
Though I agree, if the pictured tone is the tone, that is an older looking tone. My experience is Brace's Post George Burke photos are on very white stock.
