			Posted By: Fred C I think PSA has a drug aversion program called KOC (kids off crack) where they train kids on crack how to grade cards rather than smoke crack. Unfortunately, it looks like the program is failing. |

As someone who has submitted a few cards that came back with the "Mark" qualifier, although I was never able to FIND the mark, I gave up. In all fairness, PSA did properly identify the card as an Old Judge. |
