If you google Rich.ard Stra.p.ple PA, there is one that lives in Perkasie, PA. Ebay item location is in Perkasie, PA. It could be a coincidence....

Weird Feedback
If you look at the sellers feedback it shows 100% but if you click on it he has 4 negatives out of 8 feedbacks. Very strange.

Tony from Delco cards died about 3 years ago. He sold alot of the reprints as such at the Fort Washington Shows. Never hid the fact as he was one of the best dealers around
