1955 Topps uncut sheets

Thank you Dave! Assuming that the photo is real, this is a gold mine of info for me. Anyone familiar enough with the 55 Topps set can probably name every card by sight even in this resolution. Off the top of my head, I see a lot of low number cards, Billy Herman, Rhodes, Aaron, Kaline, maybe a Ted Williams bottom left? Pretty sure I see a monte irvin, 100, third row center. Sandy Amaros on top left? So this is definitely a first series sheet.

I'm pathetically excited right now, like I just spotted Bigfoot Thanks for making my day.

I have some of it sketched out; I may post it on my blog and see what everyone can come up with. I will just say it is not a typical Topps array for now.

These sheets correlate to the '55 Stamps as well-I don't have time now but will post what I have in a few days.

So the REA 5x5 grid (the one with Aaron) correlates perfectly to the 110 card image. That one I've seen. The second 5x5 grid posted is new to me. And there is a correlation problem with the 110 card image. The last column, cards #2 and 3 down, do not appear to match. In fact, the third row down card appears to be another Wally MOON on the 110 image. This is confirmed to also appear on row 10 columns 5 and 11. It may not be the Moon, but it is definitely not the card shown in the second 5x5 image.

Interesting stuff.
