			Perhaps the only reason it is a 10 is because the owner hasn't submitted it for the 10.5 half grade upgrade.   Seriously, if givin a choice between "one" high grade card (by virtue that PSA says it's that nice) or a l"ot of other" nice cards, which choice would you make?
