Demeanor makes me thinks its 2 different individuals agree ears dont match, mole seems to match though 2nd pix a bit fuzzy. I say no!

The ear lobe in the right hand shot is a shadow. The second gent does have the same ears and I believe it to be the same gent. They are both attached ear lobes.

Just two guys who happen to be wearing flesh earrings.

I would lean toward yes, as the angle of the photos definitely change the perspective on the ears. But the curve above the lobe, and the aforementioned flesh earrings appear to be present in the left photo as well.

I think a computerized 3-D scan and rotatation would be definitive.
