What makes you think he was? He didn't win games because he could throw hard. No spikes in production throughout his career. Guy could just pitch.

And the 'roids would have prevented him from having to be sent to the disabled list bi-monthly.

Have you seen what Pedro Martinez looked like? I guess Mariano is juicing to bulk up to 165 too. Here's Pedro in 1995, the year he became a superstar.
