I'm going with the year is wrong and it is Buster Brown, the 1909 Phillies pitcher. From the other cards in the set, Wagner is wearing a 1908-09 Pirates jersey(black collar/no P or writing down middle), Cy Young didn't even play in 1912 and he is likely pictured in a 1909 Indians jersey(dark bill/white cap/white jersey that year).

Stanage and Barry were both around in 1909 and the jersey styles fit.

Bill Carrigan definitely isn't wearing a 1912 Red Sox jersey on his card, it has Boston across the front, that was gone the year before and replaced with Red Sox.

Don't have a good scan of Doyle but he's wearing a dark cap and Giants wore dark caps in 1908-09 so it fits, and no scan of Leach. I think that is all the known cards from the set

Another with 13 players who were with the Pittsburgh Pirates during the regular season, but never played a game. There's also one about 27 baseball families, as well as a day-by-day look at the worst team in Pittsburgh Pirates history. That's what I'm talking about. Somebody left you out of the set naming conversation ! Don't forget Larry Doyle. 2 in existence. Sgc 20. And sgc authentic. I've reached out to have the vintage catalog updated and SGC registry. Good feedback for others to comment on Thks
