Questions,
1) Could you really use name-brand cigarette boxes for this idea? Doesn't the company still own the rights? 2) Isn't this considered a lottery and thus open to state and federal laws governing lotteries? 3) If you can get around questions 1 and 2, why not just buy a set of graded cards and make a vintage-style cigarette box that the slabs will fit into? This way, the cards remained graded and protected and the people buying the boxes KNOW the card hasn't been damaged since it was purchased, cracked out of the slabs and reinserted into the cigarette box. This would also save a lot of time and work, as far as cracking the slabs. David
